Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReBooking (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service booking platform for hair, beauty, and wellness businesses. By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets your business publish a booking page, accept appointments from customers, manage staff schedules, take payments via Stripe Connect, send transactional and marketing messages via SMS/email, and run a small point-of-sale flow. The Service is delivered "as-is" — we work to keep it available and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret, enabling 2FA where available, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@rebooking.no if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans, billing & the platform fee
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on signup. We charge a platform subscription fee, not a per-booking commission. SMS messages are billed as metered usage based on segments sent. Payouts to your bank go via your own Stripe Connect Express account — the Service never holds your customer funds.
4. Customer data & GDPR
You are the Data Controller of your customers' personal data; we are the Data Processor. Personal data is stored encrypted at rest (pgcrypto) within the EU. You can request export or deletion of a customer record at any time from inside the workspace; we will action it within seven days, deferring if the customer has upcoming bookings.
5. Acceptable use
- No sending of unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not opted in.
- No use of the Service to host or distribute unlawful content.
- No attempts to defeat the rate limits, security, or RLS isolation of the platform.
- No use of the Service to compete with the Service.
6. Suspension & termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately if your use threatens the integrity of the platform or other tenants. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Questions about these Terms: legal@rebooking.no. This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are referred to the courts of Norway.
